Win lifts DTLA out of relegation zone

A 4-1 home win at Long An Stadium over visitors Hanoi ACB lifted V-League 2005-06 champs Dong Tam Long An (DTLA) out of the relegation zone on Sunday.

The Mekong Delta squad with 27 points jumped two places up to 11th out of 14 teams in Vietnam’s top-tier V-League, placing them at least temporarily out of the relegation zone. As a rule, the two last place teams are relegated to the second-tier First Division each year.
